After seeing THIS ( harlequinpants.tumblr.com/post… ) wonderful fanart by Harlequinpants ( harlequinpants.tumblr.com/ ) on tumblr I had to imagine Cecil not just only dressing UP as a Skelleton but actually GOING as a skelleton. Much to Carlos's displease. Poor carlos... He'll never really get used to Night Vale.

Cecils Teeth look so weird cuz I like the headcanon where Cecil enjoyed SHARK WEEK so much that he kept the re-growing teeth. : D
