Finally done...
This one started out as simple sketch of some random person, then I thought he would fit one of my previous OCs (Miyori) and I decided to finish the picture. I just wanted to throw some flat colors on the sketch until I found myself experimenting around and trying to color without outlines and trying to make it look a bit more realistic. I dont know if I suceeded or if I failed, yet I like the dark feeling in this picture. The character himself is called Thirteen. You may him call however you want, the translation just has to mean "13". He is the personification of bad luck. He always carries a black cat, a broken mirror and sometimes a ladder with him. Sounds pretty dumb, but i wanted it to be so obvious that you couldnt tell if its a joke or serious. Anyways... if he is around, you have to be really really lucky. If not, you might get run over by a bus in the middle of a desert. I hope you like it~! Greetz~! Saya ps.: he looks pretty emo.... dont worry. He is a very joyful person! Especially when someone is having a bad day... (Cuz of him! Haha) |
